Frequently asked questions
1. How much luggage can I take with me?
Each passenger may carry basic luggage and hand luggage free of charge. a) basic luggage – carried in the luggage compartment up to 30 kg, as two soft travel bags or one suitcase up to 95 litres. b) hand luggage – up to 5 kg, with dimensions that fit under the seat and do not limit the travel comfort of other passengers.
2. Do I need to pay extra for excess luggage?
Yes. Excess luggage is additionally charged at 40 PLN for each extra piece. The carrier reserves the right to refuse excess luggage if the luggage compartment capacity is limited. Any intention to transport extra luggage should be reported during the reservation process.
3. When should I book my trip?
The optimal time is 7–14 days before the planned departure. The exception is the high-demand holiday season for trips to and from Poland, when earlier reservations are strongly recommended because seat availability is limited.
4. Will I receive a confirmation before pickup?
Yes. Every trip is confirmed by phone on the day of departure and the planned pickup time is provided. Departures from Poland are confirmed between 11:00 and 12:00, except Sunday departures, which are confirmed on Saturday until 19:00. Trips to Poland are confirmed on the day of travel between 15:00 and 16:00.
5. Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. The trip can be paid in cash to the driver or in advance by bank transfer to account number 52 1020 3668 0000 5902 0619 3595. The transfer title should include the passenger name and the departure date.
6. Am I insured during the trip?
Yes. Passengers are covered by the carrier's accident insurance. The policy covers incidents during the ride and while the vehicle is stopped or parked. Other events outside the vehicle are not covered.
7. Is it possible to transport animals?
No. For animal welfare reasons, international routes would require properly sized transport carriers that guarantee comfort and safety. Transporting animals in the passenger cabin can also create safety and hygiene issues.
