Glossary

- Website – the translison.pl website.

- Reservation / Trip reservation / Reservation request – a request for a trip described in point 2, submitted by the customer through the translison.pl website.

- Company – “Norbert Lisoń Transport Osobowy”, registered at Sowin 107, 48-316 Łambinowice, Poland, Tax ID 7531565000, REGON 531225251.

- Transport service – the carriage of one or more passengers together with luggage accepted by a company employee within the European Union (selected countries), according to an accepted reservation request.

- Departure date – the date sent by email to the address provided in the form after the reservation request has been accepted.

- Payment service providers – PayPro SA, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, Poland, Tax ID 7792369887, REGON 301345068.

- Cancellation – cancellation of a reservation request accepted by a company employee.

- Contact address – “Norbert Lisoń Transport Osobowy”, Sowin 107, 48-316 Łambinowice, Poland.

Terms and conditions

1. The company offering services on translison.pl is “Norbert Lisoń Transport Osobowy”, registered at Sowin 107, 48-316 Łambinowice, Poland, Tax ID 7531565000, REGON 531225251.

2. The services available on translison.pl include passenger transport and luggage transport within the European Union in selected countries. Through translison.pl the customer may submit a trip reservation request for a selected route using the form available on the website.

3. To use the website and its forms, the customer must have internet access and a device with a web browser supported by its creators and kept as up to date as possible.

4. Every reservation request must be verified by company staff. Only after the request has been accepted by an employee may the customer pay for the trip reservation.

5. Until the transport service has begun, but no later than one day before the planned departure date, the customer has the right to cancel an accepted reservation request. Any funds transferred to the company directly or through payment providers will be returned promptly and no later than within one month of the cancellation request.

6. Cancellation must be made by email sent to rezerwacje@translison.pl or in writing to the contact address stated in these terms. Company staff may accept cancellation in another form, but they are not obliged to do so.

7. All prices listed in the online store are gross prices and include VAT.

8. Prices shown on the website are indicative. The actual price for the transport service is provided to the customer by email after a company employee accepts the reservation request.

9. The currencies used in the store are Polish złoty (PLN) and euro (EUR), according to the customer choice.

10. After payment for an accepted reservation request, the customer receives an email confirming the trip reservation.

11. For each reservation request that has been paid for by the customer and accepted by a company employee, a fiscal receipt or, on request, a VAT invoice is issued. The document may be collected at the company office or handed over during the trip.

12. The company accepts the following payment methods: advance transfer to the bank account stated in these terms, payment via payment service providers, and cash handed to a company employee immediately before the transport service begins. Cash payment is available only for one-way reservations.

13. The moment an accepted reservation request is paid for is treated as the moment when the reservation request becomes a contract under which the company undertakes to perform the transport service according to the submitted and accepted request. The company has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason if more than one day remains until departure, and after that point in cases of force majeure beyond the company control.

14. If less than one day remains until the departure date at the time of payment, or one day before departure in the remaining cases, the customer loses the right to withdraw from the contract described in point 13.

15. The company is not responsible for luggage left behind or lost in company vehicles, nor for delays compared with the planned service time.

16. During the transport service, the customer may carry luggage with a total weight of 30 kg in the luggage compartment and hand luggage with a total weight of 5 kg.

17. If, when the service is about to begin, the customer is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, wishes to transport dangerous or unlawful cargo, or does not carry an identity document accepted in all countries through which the company vehicle travels, the company may terminate the contract with immediate effect. Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law. These terms apply from 01.01.2022.
